Bullying Policy

This Bullying Policy has been designed for children’s homes to support compliance with the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and the Quality Standards.

The policy provides clear guidance for staff on preventing and responding to bullying, harassment and discriminatory behaviour, while prioritising safeguarding, emotional wellbeing and proportionate responses. It outlines expectations for children, staff and visitors, includes procedures for reporting, recording, monitoring and responding to incidents, and promotes positive relationships, restorative practice, education and early intervention.

Provided as an editable Word document (digital download), allowing services to tailor it to their individual home, procedures and needs.
