Disciplinaries, Grievances and Appeals Policy
This Disciplinaries, Grievances and Appeals Policy has been designed for children’s homes to support full compliance with the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015, the associated Children’s Homes Quality Standards, and relevant employment legislation.

It outlines the process for raising concerns, investigation procedures, decision-making, and how staff can appeal outcomes.
